Information collected. We collect first and last name, email, state, eligibility and rules acknowledgments, entry and verification status/times, campaign versions and limited duplicate/abuse-prevention records. If shown, your optional marketing-email choice and its wording/version, source and time are recorded separately; earlier interest-only records retain their original meaning. We do not ask every entrant for a shipping address, birth date, identification documents or payment details. Necessary winner delivery details are requested privately after selection. Hosting and email providers may process technical connection, delivery and security records in providing their services.

Purposes. We use this information to administer the giveaway, verify requested email ownership and eligibility, prevent duplicate or abusive entries, maintain fair selection evidence, communicate about administration, fulfill the prize, handle rights requests and disputes, and meet applicable legal obligations. Entry verification is transactional. If you select the separate optional promotional-email checkbox, we record your permission for Elysium & Salt product news, ritual ideas and offers, together with the displayed permission version, source and time. This permission is separate from entry verification and does not affect eligibility or odds. Marketing delivery remains disabled; recording permission does not enroll you with an email provider or authorize a promotional send now. Older interest-only choices remain interest-only and are not converted into this new permission. Unsubscribing from other marketing does not withdraw a valid entry. We do not sell giveaway information or use it for targeted advertising.

Promotional permission. The optional checkbox is unchecked. Selecting it gives Elysium & Salt separate permission to email product news, ritual ideas and offers under marketing-explicit-v1. We record affirmative and declined choices with their wording/version, source and time. Verification preserves the saved choice; declining or withdrawing permission does not cancel an eligible giveaway entry. You can withdraw this permission by emailing elysium&salt@elysium-works.com, a contact monitored by the owner for manual handling. No automated unsubscribe control or provider enrollment is implied. Marketing delivery remains disabled and no campaign is authorized by this choice alone. Earlier interest-only records are not converted into this permission. Giveaway contact details remain subject to the stated 90-day minimization process; this permission does not authorize indefinite reuse or retention. Any later marketing setup must honor withdrawals, suppression and the applicable retention limits.

Service providers. We use service providers for website hosting, secure storage, and requested transactional verification and administration email delivery. Our supplier or fulfillment partner and delivery partners receive only the verified winner details necessary for a separately authorized shipment. Owner authentication is separate from entrant verification; entrants do not need a third-party account. Marketing delivery is currently disabled and no marketing provider receives the entrant list. Any future marketing delivery may use only the details of people who gave the new, separate permission described in this notice, after the delivery provider and withdrawal/suppression controls are reviewed. Provider processing may occur in the United States and other countries where those providers operate. The isolated giveaway has no advertising pixels or visitor analytics, and its verification emails disable open/click tracking; this does not describe unrelated shop pages or eliminate providers' necessary service/security logs.

Contact retention. Our manual process minimizes nonwinner contact details and linked verification-message content 90 days after final award, unless a specific legal hold, unresolved rights request or other applicable legal obligation requires limited continued retention. This is our selected policy, not a claim that every law requires 90 days. No automatic deletion scheduler is used. Necessary winner fulfillment and dispute records are reviewed for minimization one year after fulfillment, with longer retention only for a documented applicable legal or unresolved-claim need. We do not apply a rule about winning entries to retain every entrant indefinitely.

Evidence and backups. Pseudonymous duplicate-prevention, choice, selection and mail-attempt/audit references are retained for one year after final award, then reviewed for expiry unless a documented hold or legal obligation applies. Such evidence can remain personal data; it is not described as anonymous. Operator recovery copies are restricted to the owner and specifically authorized administrators, inventoried and reviewed on a 30-day rotation. Before the contact-minimization deadline we prepare a recovery copy of the minimized state and review older contact-containing copies for expiry. Actual expiry requires an authorized maintenance action and hold review. Integrity-bound original receipts/backups and required current minimization evidence are preserved or reconciled before any affected copy is expired. Restoring an older copy requires current authenticated minimization evidence and reapplication of recorded restrictions before reopening. Logical minimization is not a promise of immediate physical erasure of storage media. Hosting-provider snapshots and security/legal retention may differ; the operator includes them in the review. Transactional email-provider message-content retention was last observed enabled for up to 60 days; provider security/legal records may be retained under its applicable policies.

Unresolved award. If no eligible winner can be confirmed after the stated alternate process, there is no automatic no-award decision or invented final-award date. We pause, notify affected potential winners as appropriate, review the resolution and retention needs within 30 days, and document a specific limited hold when necessary. An unresolved matter is reviewed every 30 days; it does not authorize indefinite blanket retention or a silent cancellation. After a lawful documented resolution, the owner records the applicable retention action under that resolution without backdating an award.

Your choices and rights. Contact elysium&salt@elysium-works.com to request access, correction, deletion or another applicable privacy right. We verify requests proportionately and respond as applicable law requires. Do not send passwords or card details. We do not routinely request identification documents; if a specific lawful process requires additional proof, we explain it first. If a request would remove information still needed to keep an entry eligible, we explain that effect and the available choice before acting. A marketing unsubscribe alone does not withdraw an entry. No provision here limits nonwaivable rights.

Winner information and security. Promotional publication of identifying winner details requires separate permission. Applicable legally required winner disclosures are separate; absolute secrecy is not promised. Access is restricted to authorized administration, with protected storage, normal owner authentication and controlled contact access. No system can guarantee absolute security. Material changes affecting this giveaway are communicated with the rules and do not silently change a frozen entry's terms.

Eligibility. Legal residents of the 48 contiguous U.S. states and District of Columbia, age 18 or the age of majority in their jurisdiction of residence, whichever is higher. Sponsor owners, employees, contractors, advertising and fulfillment partners, and their immediate family/household members are excluded. Void where prohibited. Prize delivery requires a mainland street address in these states or DC. Islands, offshore territories, Alaska, Hawaii, APO/FPO addresses and freight or mail-forwarding destinations are excluded.

Period. Opens October 25, 2026 at 4:30 AM EDT. Closes November 26, 2026 at 11:59 PM EST, including the full final minute. Drawing November 27, 2026 at 12:00 PM EST.

Prize. One of each: The Languid Soak 500 g, Ruby Vista 490 ml, Chenille Cloud 280 ml. Total approximate retail value $75.99, based on the identical three-product set offered by Elysium & Salt. Styling props are not included. The exact offered trio is the prize; no purchase, shipping fee or other claim payment is required.

Entry. Use the free form at https://giveaways.elysium-works.com/giveaway; provide first and last name, email and state and acknowledge eligibility and these rules. Confirm your email using the verification link. One eligible entry per person/email across accepted sources. Duplicate submissions do not add chances. Entries may temporarily pause if daily processing capacity is reached or reserved for pending requests. The daily budget resets at midnight UTC. Please check back after that reset; reopening also requires an open campaign and service readiness. Rejected submissions are not entries and do not join a waitlist. Existing valid entries are preserved, duplicate requests add no chances or new email, and existing verification links may still be confirmed before their expiry and the entry deadline. Capacity may reopen when the daily budget resets and service is ready; reopening is not guaranteed during an unresolved interruption. No purchase, quiz, account, review, social action or publicity permission is required.

Optional updates. The unchecked checkbox separately asks permission for Elysium & Salt promotional emails. Selecting it is optional and does not change entry or odds. We record affirmative or declined choices under the permission wording/version shown at submission; confirming the entry email preserves that saved choice and does not change a declined choice. Marketing delivery is disabled and no marketing provider receives the entrant list now. You can withdraw permission by emailing elysium&salt@elysium-works.com; withdrawal does not cancel an entry. Older interest-only choices are not promotional permission. Any later promotional sending requires separate authorization and working withdrawal and suppression controls.

Selection. The owner records one random selection from the frozen eligible verified pool on November 27, 2026 at noon EST (17:00 UTC), with potential-winner contact by 5 p.m. EST (22:00 UTC). No automatic draw occurs. Eligibility and delivery details are verified privately. A response is due within 72 hours of recorded notification; up to two alternates may be selected under the same period. No extra selection or no-award result is automatic if that process is exhausted.

Delivery. The offered prize is shipped directly through our supplier or fulfillment partner, with the sponsor paying product and standard delivery costs. We aim to submit fulfillment within five business days after final eligibility and delivery details are confirmed. Our supplier or fulfillment partner currently estimates two full working days of preparation for a small order plus two to five working days of U.S. transit. These are estimates, not a guaranteed arrival date; weekends, holidays, stock and carrier delays may affect timing. We provide tracking when available and contact the winner with a revised estimate if dispatch has not occurred within ten business days after those details are confirmed. We will discuss any material availability problem privately; no different prize, cash alternative or fee is imposed silently. No payment, card information, password or purchase is required to claim it.

Privacy. Entry data is used for administration, eligibility, abuse prevention, contact, prize fulfillment and applicable legal obligations as described at https://giveaways.elysium-works.com/giveaway#es-giveaway-preview-privacy. Winner delivery details are requested privately only when needed. A marketing choice is independent of eligibility.

Publicity. Promotional publication of a winner’s first name, last initial, state, image, testimonial or other identifying details requires separate permission. Applicable legally required disclosures are handled separately; no promise of absolute secrecy is made.

Changes and disputes. Preserve valid entries and fair treatment if a material interruption occurs. Do not change a material term, substitute the offered prize or extend/cancel the promotion silently. If fraud, a security incident, supplier failure or a material technical interruption prevents fair administration, the sponsor may pause affected operations only as reasonably necessary, preserve valid entries and selection evidence, explain the issue and publish notice of any lawful material change before proceeding. There is no automatic cancellation or no-award outcome. Decisions must follow these rules and applicable law. Contact elysium&salt@elysium-works.com about a concern; doing so does not waive a right or shorten an applicable deadline. West Virginia law governs to the extent permitted, subject to nonwaivable rights under otherwise applicable law. Disputes may be brought in a court with lawful jurisdiction. These rules impose no mandatory arbitration or class-action waiver.

Qualified limitation. To the extent permitted by applicable law, Elysium Works LLC, doing business as Elysium & Salt, excludes liability for indirect, incidental, special or consequential losses arising from entry or a technical interruption. This provision does not limit nonwaivable consumer or privacy rights, liability for fraud, willful misconduct or gross negligence, liability that applicable law does not permit to be excluded, or the sponsor’s applicable privacy and data-security duties. It does not make entrants waive rights concerning misuse or inadequate protection of their information.

Platform. This promotion is not sponsored, endorsed, administered by or associated with Meta, Facebook or Instagram. To the extent permitted by applicable law, entrants release Meta, Facebook and Instagram from claims arising solely from their role as a platform for this promotion. This does not waive nonwaivable rights or exclude liability that applicable law prohibits excluding. Entry is through the giveaway form; sharing, tagging, following or posting on a social platform is not required.
